Kawasan Escapade

It was raining outside and my cellphone keeps on beeping. It was indeed a very cold morning last August 26, 2007. Though hesitant to wake up, I forced myself to go to the shower and prepared for the day's outing. Together with officemates and friends, we were bound to the southern part of Cebu - Alcantara.

Our friend's town fiesta was to be held a day earlier just to accomodate us. Wasn't that amazing? We arrived at their place at about 9 o'clock in the morning and directly proceeded to their house's buffet table to feed our famished stomachs.

Full and satisfied we directly went to a motocross exhibition but the most exciting event was the trip to kawasan. It was a very long and tiring walk indeed! From the rough & narrow roads to the very steep terrains - we had survived these all. Like the saying, there's always a rainbow after the storm, the flowing and cold waters of the falls was too much to resist.

We enjoyed every bit of it and this experience was one of the most memorable events of my life.
